Refund & Returns Policy — ARABC TV Plus

At ARABC TV Plus, we are committed to delivering a premium Arabic IPTV experience to every subscriber. We understand that questions about payments and refunds are important, and we want to be fully transparent about our policy before you make a purchase.


1. Digital Service — No Physical Returns

ARABC TV Plus is a 100% digital IPTV streaming service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, hardware, or devices. Therefore, there are no physical items to return.

All purchases made on ARABC TV Plus are for digital subscription access only, which is delivered instantly upon successful payment.


2. General Refund Policy

Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our service, all subscription purchases are non-refundable once the account has been activated and access to the service has been granted.

This applies to:

  • Annual subscription plans
  • Any promotional or discounted packages

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read this policy and accept that no refund will be issued after activation.


3. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

While our general policy is no refunds, we understand that exceptional situations can occur. A refund request may be reviewed in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment — You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error
  • Service never activated — You completed payment but your account was never granted access
  • Major technical failure — The service was completely inaccessible for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours) and our support team was unable to resolve the issue

To be eligible for a review, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of the original purchase date
  • Provide your registered email address and proof of payment
  • Allow our technical team a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve the issue first

Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of purchase will not be considered under any circumstances.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing
  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal
  • You purchased the wrong plan by mistake
  • Your internet connection or device is incompatible with our service
  • Channels or content you expected are temporarily unavailable due to broadcasting rights
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • You are requesting a refund after the 24-hour window has passed

5. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

ARABC TV Plus subscriptions are not auto-renewed unless explicitly stated in your plan. It is your responsibility to manage and renew your subscription manually before it expires.

If you do not wish to continue using the service:

  • Simply do not renew your subscription when it expires
  • Contact our support team if you need help with your account status
  • No cancellation fee applies — your service will remain active until the end of your paid period

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take payment disputes seriously. If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence
  • Ban the associated email address and device from future use

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before filing any dispute. Our support team is available 24/7 and is always willing to resolve issues fairly.


7. How to Submit a Refund Request

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved following our review process, it will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

ARABC TV Plus reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
